WHAT DAY WILL YOU SERVICE MY LAWN?

We service certain Zip Codes on certain days.
 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY SERVICE DAY TO MAKE SURE MY LAWN IS ACCESSIBLE TO YOUR LAWN CREW?

We ask that the lawn be clear of any debris or anything that would obstruct the mowers from mowing. This includes dog toys, children's toys, water hoses and trash. 
 

 

HOW DO YOU GET INTO MY BACKYARD IF I HAVE A LOCK ON MY GATE?

We require a combination lock code to be on file. Our crew will unlock and lock the gate back on every visit without the need to leave the gate unlocked all day. 
 

 

DO YOU BAG THE GRASS CLIPPINGS OR OFFER THIS AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE?

We do bag the grass clippings only if requested. There is an additional $5 charge for bagging the grass per visit. The grass clippings will be placed in the proper location for pickup by your city. (We do not bag clippings for Bi-weekly Lawn Service.)
 

 

DO YOU HAUL OFF THE LIMBS, SHRUB TRIMMINGS?

We place the limbs and any other trimmings in the proper location for pickup by your city.
If your area does not have pick up there is a $25.00 Charge for us Picking it up and hauling it away.
 

 

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY MY SERVICE IS SCHEDULED?

If it rains on the day your lawn is scheduled we will either arrive later in the day or the following day. 
 

 

DO YOU MOW ON HOLIDAYS?

We generally do not mow on major holidays such as July 4th, Christmas Day, New Years.
 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE PETS IN MY BACKYARD ON MY SCHEDULED SERVICE DAY?

While our crews are very careful to keep gates closed, we cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard. We recommend that you keep your pets indoors on your scheduled mowing days. 
 

 

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MOWING SERVICE?

We do not offer a monthly mowing service. We recommend weekly or bi-weekly lawn service. 
 

 

DOES REGULAR MOWING SERVICE INCLUDE MY FLOWER BEDS?

No. Flower beds are not included in regular lawn maintenance. If you are needing your beds cleaned out on a regular basis or needing a one time cleaning of the beds please contact us. 
 

 

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE  HOME ON THE DAY YOU SERVICE MY LAWN?

No. Our crew has specific instructions on what they are to do for each property and will open and secure gates before leaving. 
 

 

WHAT IF I NOTICE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY?

Any damage that you feel was caused by one of our crews must be reported within 24 hrs. We will not be responsible for damage to gates that are sagging, missing bolts or hardware, or have rotted or termite damaged wood. 
 

 

WHEN SHOULD I WATER SO THE GRASS IS NOT WET WHEN YOUR CREW ARRIVES?

Do no water within 24hrs of a scheduled service. The best watering times are between 10:00 pm and 3:00 am. If our crew arrives and the sprinkler system is running you will be charged for a full visit and the lawn will not be serviced. We do understand this does happen and we can work with you if it is the first time it has happened. 
 

 

I HAVE SOAKER HOSES AROUND MY HOUSE WILL THEY GET DAMAGED?

We do our best to weedeat around the soaker hoses as not to damage them. However they are very thin and just a small nick from the weedeater may cause a leak. We can not be held responsible for any damage to soaker hoses around the home. If you do not wish for us to weedeat around the home where the soaker hoses are placed please notify us. 
 

 

CAN I HAVE YOUR SERVICE SKIP A MOWING?

We do allow up to 2 skipped services per year. If you still need us to skip a service date after the 2 skipped dates we can reschedule the service for another day during the week. 
 

 

SHOULD I SCALP MY LAWN IN SPRING?

Yes. Any grass other than St.Augustine can be scalped and we recommend scalping in late winter into the first month of spring. Call for pricing. 
 

 

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA IF MY GRASS IS OVERGROWN?

Yes. If your grass is over 6 inches tall or needs more than 3 inches of grass cut off in one visit there will be an overgrown fee of $10. For more information on overgrown grass please . 
 

 

WHAT KIND OF MOWERS DO YOU USE?

We use only the leading commercial industry brand mowers and equipment. 
 

 

HOW CAN YOU SEE WHAT MY LAWN LOOKS LIKE WITHOUT COMING OUT?

We use several different methods to see your property online. Those include our internal software, Google Maps and Bing Maps?

We will charge the Credit Card on file the Monday after your service has been completed.

Our per visit services can be cancelled anytime after 4 visits. Our annual plans require a signed contract.
